Gladwin County Board of Commissioners Approved the Sugar Springs Lake Level Assessment

At the August 12, 2025 Board of Commissioners meeting, the Gladwin County Board of Commissioners voted to approve the Sugar Springs Lake Level Special Assessment computation of costs and assessment roll.

The special assessment roll shall be final and conclusive unless appealed in a court within 15 days after the approval of the special assessment roll by resolution of the Gladwin County Board of Commissioners (August 27, 2025).

Property owners will have the option to prepay their assessment in full to avoid interest. Information regarding the final interest rate, total assessment amounts, how to prepay, and the deadline for prepayments will be posted on the website when it becomes available and mailed to property owners.
